This Privacy Policy explains how SwiftRep, a service of J. ALMOTE LLC (“SwiftRep,” “we,” “us”), a New Jersey company, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit swiftrep.io, contact us, or use our services. By using our site or services, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a free audit, book a call, or otherwise contact us, we collect details such as your name, business name, phone number, email (if you provide one), and information about your business.
• Service data. To operate our Lead Rescue service on a client's behalf, we process the phone numbers and message content of people who call or text that client's business number, so we can send the automated text-back and route the lead.
• Automatically collected. Standard technical and usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location) collected through analytics and cookies to operate and improve the site.

SMS / text messaging

Our Lead Rescue service sends automated text messages on a client business's behalf to people who contact that business. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages and HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and improve our services.
• To respond to you, schedule calls, and deliver what you request.
• To send the automated, consent-based messages our service exists to send.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against misuse.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Twilio — telephony and SMS delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — website hosting and analytics.
• Google — Business Profile and related tools.

We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.
