These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by SwiftRep, a service of J. ALMOTE LLC (“SwiftRep,” “we,” “us”). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
The services
SwiftRep provides “Lead Rescue” — automated missed-call text-back, speed-to-lead follow-up, and dead-lead reactivation for local service businesses — along with related add-ons (such as review workflows, SMS automations, and custom builds) when separately agreed.
Fees & billing
- Lead Rescue is $500/month plus a one-time $350 setup fee, month-to-month.
- Add-ons and full-stack work ($1,000+/mo, scope-based) are quoted and agreed separately.
- Fees are billed through Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
The 30-day guarantee
One booked job in 30 days, or that month is free. If, within the first 30 days of active Lead Rescue service, the service does not help you book at least one job, that month's service fee is waived. The one-time setup fee covers configuration work and is non-refundable once setup begins.
Cancellation
Lead Rescue is month-to-month — cancel anytime. To stop the next billing cycle, let us know before that cycle begins. Fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable except as stated in the guarantee above.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and the access we need to configure your phone number and messaging.
- Ensure you have a lawful basis and any required consent to message your own customers and leads. You are the sender of record for messages sent to your contacts; SwiftRep provides the tooling and automation.
- Comply with applicable laws, including the TCPA and carrier (A2P 10DLC) messaging requirements.
Intellectual property
SwiftRep retains all rights to its software, templates, and tooling. You retain ownership of your phone number, your business data, and the leads the service captures for you.
Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is.” Apart from the specific 30-day guarantee above, we make no guarantee of particular revenue, booking volume, or results, which depend on factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftRep's total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here with the most recent date applies.
